Indonesia is a Country where Natural Disasters like Earthquake and Tsunami has hit many times. On Wedneday 11th April Indonesian Island Sumatra was hit by a massive Earthquake of 8.7 magnitude after which Indonesian Government issued warning of Tsunami. Luckily Earthquake not caused any damage in the country.
After the Earthquake Tsunami waves where generated in the Indian Ocean in depth of 33 kilometers. however experts says that it was not a major Tsunami.
in 2004 a big Tsunami came in same area of Indonesia in which thousands of people where died and injured. That Tsunami was came after a 9.1-magnitude earthquake.
Latest Update: Indonesian Officials has now taken back the Tsunami warning and no loss is reported from anywhere.
