80 Years old Pakistani Professor Dr Khalil Chishti who is in Indian Jail from last 20 years has finally got the bail from Indian Supreme Court however he is still not allowed to go back to Pakistan. Indian Supreme Court has told Dr Khalil Chishti that he has to file another petition about going back to Pakistan in the court and then verdict will be given about that.
According to media reports Indian Supreme Court has given him bail after Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari talked about this Issue with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh yesterday In Delhi but it is not confirmed yet.
80 Years old Dr Chisti is In Indian jail from 1992 where he also faced massive torture by Indian Security agencies. Family of Dr Chisti is really happy on this step taken by Indian Supreme Court and now hopping that Dr Chisti will be allowed to comeback Pakistan soon.
